Status Quo es una banda británica de hard rock y Adult oriented rock formada en el año 1962. Está formada por Francis Rossi (guitarra, vocalista), Alan Lancaster (bajo), Rick Parfitt (guitarra, vocalista) y John Coghlan (batería).

Really sad to hear of Rick's passing on Christmas Eve. Status Quo have been in the charts virtually all my life (at least in UK). I never did see them live, but tried this year. Status Quo were a great band. You might disagree. Fair enough, but what would have been in the music charts, in their place for the last 50 years without them?? In years to come, we'll still be "Rocking all over the World". "What ever you Want" - "Bye Bye Ricky"
