Carbon 12 ke MASS i.e WEIGHT Ka twelfth part mass(weight) ko lekar hi saare elements ka mass yani weight measure karna hai. Yha twelfth part hi C12 ke total mass ka bharava hissa hai or isi bharave hisse ke weight ko lekar usey reference maankar hum sabhi elements ka mass i.e weight measure karte hai.

Compounds 2 ya usey zyada elements se milkar bana hai or un compund ke formation yani banne mein jo elements ka proportion hota hai woh hamesha fixed hota hai chaiye woh compund kahin se bhi aaye ho banke YA kisi ne bhi unko banaya ho. Yani us compound mein elements ka proportion fix rahega i.e same rahega chaiye whatever the source will be for this compound.
