I'm 22 and still dealing with this. Aging, it only got worse, especially on my hands which are almost unrecognisable. And the itching? Constant. It's a nightmare. To whoever is also dealing with this: I feel ya.

Try Vaseline and the dermatology salves. I also do Citirizine, which I think is Zyrtex. I only do 1, makes me tired.

I have had eczema for six months, recently completely cured. At first, tried everything, some creams, epsom salt, cold water bath, no sugar diet and etc, they all worked but not complete cure. About a month ago, I went to hiking for 6 miles, really exhausted, and found out my skin not itchy for few days. A week later I took another 6 miles hike over a mountain and extremely exhausted, It worked wonder that my skin not itchy anymore and eczema was gone a week later. It seems I need to burn out all my energy inside my body, reset, that is the cure. Now I hike at least 6miles every week, eczema not coming back!

No offense but Ur comment doesn’t make that much sense u say had it for 6 months and u cured it but eczema is not like cancer or a cold where u just get treatment and it goes away forever u can do certain things to possibly reduce the intensity of it but it’s always there to varying degrees if u have it

What about the sun? Maybe that helped. I personally walk a lot, but I have something like tendonitis, so 6 miles a day not only doesn't help me (I WAS doing that, lol) but can't with foot issue.

Atopic dermatitis begins with poor liver function and is caused by the accumulation of ammonia gas in the body when liver function deteriorates. Unfortunately, atopy occurs among them because hormone metabolism decreases when liver function decreases. It can show how atopy and itching heal. It's very simple.
@MarkShinnick7 ай бұрын
Holy cow...never heard that connection before. How did you arrive at that ?
@HIHIQY17 ай бұрын
Do you have a source for that?
@DavidLee-ml9zx7 ай бұрын
@@HIHIQY1 First of all, atopic dermatitis has medical limitations and is still an unexplained symptom. Where should we find the cause? It is commonly called heredity. I want to deny this. The answer lies in the food we eat. There is a lot of toxicity in the food we eat. It is a poison that the liver cannot detoxify, and it is mostly acidic. If this poison does not decrease, symptoms such as itching will gradually appear through the skin. One of the ways to reduce this acidity is to neutralize it using alkali. The representative of alkali is salt. The toxicity is not neutralized because our body lacks moisture, and because the blood is close to acidity, not alkali. If you use water and salt well, you can slowly get rid of the itch.

Since 2018 I started having acne type of small boils ( painless and no itchiness) . I went to many dermatologist but most of them used to say due to waxing or due to infection on the body hair roots. It used to get cure temporary then again used to appear and leave marks on my legs . I even stopped wearing short dresses to avoid showing my legs. 2days back I have been diagnosed with Atopic eczema that is why I searched for this video. I am happy as well as sad. Happy because now I know the cause of my problems and sad because it's not curable. As far as my parents and both paternal and maternal grandparents knows, we didn't have anyone of our family members with such problems. I am very sad.

Not all doctors know what they are doing Remember they just passed exams took in bunch of info and got exposed to it. If you know the terms well then doing own research seriously has helped me more then asking the “doctor” to approach that experiment

But the doctor gave me antifungal antibiotics it worked very well. I think i might have to take an injection next but its costly asf
