Well, in competition for it. Okay Brian Burns cost a 5th as well, but Fields costs a 4th at worst. However he may never get a chance to start again, & even if he does, what's he gonna do on the Steelers? That's a tricky question though. He made the crappy Bears the #1 offense 3 weeks straight before they acquired D.J. Moore, so he did more on a team with less support. Just not _much_ less. The Steelers have no depth anywhere except RB.

I'm just happy Sneeds getting paid. He's deserved the payday. Chiefs had to pay Jones as they haven't invested much in the dline. Where as they've put a lot into the secondary with good young players across that part of the defense. I Wish Sneed the best in the next part of his career.

@@blkjohnnybravo3506Yeah, but they went & got Ridley, I know that's not much, but their o-line _REALLY_ needs help. No use acquiring receivers the QB won't have a chance to throw to. & there will be potential #3 receivers in rounds 2 & 3. I'm not saying they don't need 'em, I'm saying that they have higher priorities.

Yeah i got a bad feeling about this dude. The most over-penalized corner in football when most DBs get away with DPI/holding? Either this signing or the Ridley signing is going to blow up in our faces.
@wipboy14810 ай бұрын
I hear what your saying. Spagnuolo always wants his corners to be agressive, even if it costs penalties at times. And for being the most penalized corner he also had the least amount of td against him in the regular season. Zero..
@choosecarefully4089 ай бұрын
Yeah, there's a reason he went that cheaply. Though the Chiefs were great against the run, paradoxically it was because of their pass rush. Some d-linesmen are simply better against the QB than RBs & the Chiefs live up to their name in this. This is intentional on their part. Spags dedicates their D to stopping the pass because no team can beat Mahomes while only running the ball. Then, if you _don't_ run the ball enough, they get you because of this too. It's a win/win! Stupid Ravens...

I know the Titans need a LT... But man i would love to draft Brock Bowers! And take the best tackle available at #38 will bill callihan coaching the o line i think this is a sufficient fix and adding a generational blue chip player... Ppl are saying no to brock Bowers? Acting like that would be dumb... But just imagine brock Bowers on the Texans! Or the jags, or colts! It would be a nightmare... Thats why we have to draft him! Imo ... It's for our own good.
@choosecarefully4089 ай бұрын
Point taken, but only if they trade way the heck up. & even then, I wouldn't worry about the Jags. That organization's dysfunctions didn't end with ousting Urban Meyer as last season proved. Pederson handed off the play-calling & everyone just watched it all burn down as if enjoying the show. As wasted as he might be if this happens, either the Giants trade down or they take him. If they don't go for a QB this year, a great receiving TE who can block & doesn't go deep is perfect for Daniel Jones.

Why not show the AJ game, a larger wideout and still suffocated him, is JJ an elite route runner? If so we seen what Sneed did to him. He’s top five, why not showing what he does as a blitzer or how he tackles hard vs larger backs and wideouts. Bruh

No, but they are making very surprising moves upwards. But careful, they aren't risk-free ones. & they'll *improve* this team. Not make them contenders. You're in a division with the Texans. Look at what _they've_ done so far on top of what _they_ already have. "Patience, Grasshopper."
