Instead, they pick the worst charge from the list of crimes committed and base the sentencing off that only. Also the sentences are usually light for first time offenders of the crime being charged, so don’t think he’ll receive anything more than a probation or 3 years at best. Now with that in mind, deep fake crime has gotten a lot of attention recently, so if the court wants to make an example outta him, then he is utterly screwed.

No, risk taking, impulsiveness and reckless indifference for the safety of self or others are all symptoms of antisocial personality disorder. Sociopaths simply don't think like normal people and their grandiose sense of superiority over others causes them to ignore a lot of self preservative things that any normal person would do if they got away with something , like laying low for their own good after a close call. They truly believe that they are above needing to think that way, and want people to know it...that's one reason why they do things like taunt the police when their trail goes cold, and why OJ wrote a book titled "If I Did It" rather than just being happy he got acquitted of murder like any sane person would.

Also, here are some other fun facts about South Korea that are relevant here: - It is the 9th most racist country on the planet and 96% of the population is native Korean. - Segregation is still allowed (even though they are working on changing it). Stuff like Korean-only restaurants or Korean-only bath houses etc still exist. - The most commonly punished crime over there is human trafficking, gang affiliation and rape. - They don't take mental health seriously. Unless you have some severe mental health disorder, you get locked in with the other, sane inmates. - Forced labour is legal in their prison system. All this means that this guy's gonna be the only black dude in a prison full of clinically insane, human-trafficking, racist gangster rapists, all the while doing unpaid, forced labour...for 29 years. She likes to avoid conflicts, but has her ways of making me feel her displeasure. At first I found visiting her family very unpleasant. Because I felt like a barbarian every time. Wasn’t there an extradition clause for his release in Japan as well? I could’ve sworn he agreed to be released on the condition he wouldn’t continue this behavior elsewhere, and if he did continue this then they could extradite him back to finish charging him.

Let him do the time in Japan first, since that's the first location he offended in, then to Israel if he's got time to do there, THEN to Korea's prison time. The Korean people were quite respectful and patient with him, until they realised that he was making a mockery of their kind nature. I don't blame them for making an example out of him, they gave him multiple, multiple opportunities to tone it all down and show some respect, which in my opinion, the Korean people deserve respect, if not for anything else, for their patience in dealing with him. They don't want to encourage tourists to come to their country to disrespect them. No country wants to encourage that behaviour.
@Frzned9x12 күн бұрын
At 4:30 the police came up to him and says in broken English. You can hear keywords like "face" "assault" "recording" and "go home" in a really nice tone. I don't think they were threatening him at all. They actually were warning him to stop streaming or people will find his location and assault him and it's best he goes back to america. And then gave up and say "just go". If they actually wanted to do something to him it would have not been so calm at all.
