Vef shouldnt be after V1? in order to not reject TO.

Vef must be before V1 because you will need time to recognize some failure and then take action so that the actions come before you actually cross V1 and now are unable to stop within the distance available

May I just confirm, do you get CAP 698 in the exam? (And CAP 696 in the Mass and Balance one..?)

I believe so, it's been a while since I sat the exams so the rules may have changed.
