ahh isn't it your pressure increase when you velocity increases ? after passing the shock wave there will be reduction of velocity with will cause pressure to increase

Static pressure increases but the total pressure in the system (Pstatic and Pdynamic) overally decreases due to the energy conversion (Energy in a system is always equal: Pressure energy converts to heat energy).
