sugestions are : keep on, consise, yet enough . ie general idea, in short theoretical to understand, then diagnosis in the easiest effective way & treatment 9from the clinical aproach) . doctors example anesthesiologists don't have time to watch for example 6-7 lectures, each lecture around 1;30 minutes, just for pediatric anesthesia, which is one of around 15 topics in anesthesia . it woun't work or the lecturer sucseed in atracting audiance.

Love the video but there was one thing wrong that I simply could not help but mention, Schistosoma japonicum does have a spine on the lateral side. It is just very tiny, an easy way to remember this is mansoni has a big lateral spine and japonicum has a very small one in the same place.
