Fe2+ can donate e- to CN- for back-bonding more easily than Fe+3 since +ve charge is less. The donated e- will enter antibonding orbital of CN- and hence decrease the bond order, and increase the bond length

Doubt In M+2/M+3... Mn+2 will have half filled d orbitals whereas Cr+2 will have 4e in d orbitals so Mn+2/Mn+3 should have more E0
