in 3 rd as there is consecutive double bonds so they should not line on same plane so it is optically active ???

Sir in 1st there is no chiral carbon because there is no different group

Ist optimally inactive..coz comp itself is planer. 2nd inactive coz..exactly 1 chiral centre 3rd op active cozin case of mutual double bonds,groups attcahed to c1 and c3 lie perpendicular to one anothet hence no pos and cos.
