Awesome sir!! Sir, I have one doubt- You said that all ligands act as SFL for 4d and 5d series.. But [PtCl6]4- has sp3d2 ..at 40:00 .. shouldnt it be d2sp3 as Pt is 4d compound? Or do we check this condition only after seeing the electronic configuration? Sir please reply 🙏🙏
