its a shame you didn't go to the the event in Laselle street station

Unfortunately, our crew didn't want to deal with driving into the city. We would also need a "Railfan Pass" to get access in LaSalle Street Station. But luckily, one of our crew members was onboard the train and updated us while waiting for the excursion. -Andrew Mangalindan

A-Train4014 Productions is 765 the only steam locomotive with a mars light

4449, 261, and 765 are the only operating steam engines (I think) that have Mars Lights. However, there are still some steam engines out there that have Mars Lights but just not in operation. -Andrew Mangalindan

@@ATrain4014 844 is one of 'em. Her oscillating headlight worked, but it was only used for emergencies, like how 261's is intended, and the reason it was taken off of the Living Legend was because the bolts holding its mounting on the smokebox were beginning to rust out. I have no idea why the Steam Crew didn't and still haven't put her oscillating light back on though. All she needs is new bolts and not even a day's worth of work to put it back on her.

3:02 the problem with steam excursions these days is that people stand too close to the tracks, as seen here! 5:01 that's some nice thick exhuast smoke coming out of 184!

It is one of the scariest things that I hate to see when people stand too close to the tracks especially when they're trying to take just a short video or take a quick photo. But we still had a great time during The Joliet Rocket. -Andrew Mangalindan

People should not take unnecessary risks, but your definition of to close may not be the same as mine. I Love Trains. And steam is in my blood.
