@@BlackOnyxAltear Who knows exactly how Fate works anyway? It's a made up concept by humans to give meaning to something they can not understand or comprehend (yet). Fate in that context could be also "Magic" or a "Higher Beeing" controlling every move. It's a word. Not natural law.

In the mythology, Hati & Skoll are the sons of Fenrir, son of Loki. They devour the sun and moon, while Fenrir seeks revenge on Odin. In the game, the three wolves are allies to Atrius, as he & Kratos face the Norse pantheon

Again with this idea that they wake up the wolves _to start Ragnarök?_ They wake them up so things go back to normal. They're trying to _prevent_ Ragnarök at this point of the story.
