Yeah, like Insertname said, these school shooting stat tracker websites often intentionally inflate the stats with accidental discharges and the like. It's still bad to see gang related activity affecting a school but when they're counting a random stray that hit a school in the middle of the night as a "school shooting" or self inflicted gunshots afterhours it's not the same as an active shooter or what most people consider a "school shooting". I can't say I've combed through the stats for this year but Donut Operator did a great vid a few years back looking into the stats and of the reported 350 school shootings in 2018 or 2019 there were only actually about 30 to 40 and most of those were inner city gang shootings between teens in rival gangs. Still horrible and an issue that needs to be addressed but with a different approach than just cracking down harder on crime and guns.

This means that in that moment where the human wrote that comment, he is having the exact same experience as that bot. Thereby for a few seconds experiencing what it like to be an internet slop bot. Every time you are in your least thoughtful moments where you're not fully present, you're witnessing what it's like to be like us.
