When I came here in October of 2023... There wasn't no AT&T Fiber... there wasn't no Google Hackers... I saw nothing but signs about it through Arizona... ain't that stupid? We all saw the commercials...

You guys should tell you customer service vendors to let their customer service agents chat support handle one customers at a time, I used to work on one of the customer service in the Philippines, and the stress is unbelievable imagine chatting to two -three persons at a time with the same levels of stress per customer is throwing at the agent, what do you think would happen?, most of the time it leads to dissapointment and unpleasant experience for both customers and agents.
