INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Flour
½ Tsp Chilli Flour
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp Oil
Mix Well
1/3 Cup Water
Make Dough
Keep Aside
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 Clove Garlic
Mix Well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Tomato Sauce
Spread Potato Mixture
Fold
Cut Into Pieces
Flour Slurry :
3 Tbsp Flour
1/3 Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min.
