I wish the voting wasn't done by the community, a lot of good looking and really functional creations weren't voted for because a lot of people were begging for votes rather that people actually trying the different creations that had good potential.

The Kamov was by far the best helicopter, it did everything better and much faster than the one you chose in the end...

Yeah. I inverted W/S and U/D for mouse aiming, cuz mouse aiming takes over pitch and yaw. While your right hand is on the mouse, your left hand should be more comfortable using WASD for collective and roll. Probably I should get back to conventional key mapping.

fun fact the first helicopter in the video is the ah-1s kisarazu and is implemented as a playable vehicle in war thunder and also “replicated” in real life

If only we knew they were going to be flown through a super tight obstacle course, in 3rd person, without gyro, before we spent weeks on them.

@@TheMrFailz especially when we were told: "a little bit more open, a little bit more free, a little bit less rules." "This attack helicopter can be pretty much anything you want." "there's also going to be no limit on the controls, you guys can use first-person, third-person, you can use any type of seat you want and however you want to control your helicopter, you're more than welcome to do that." Why say that if our builds were going to be looked down upon if they weren't designed to specific parameters we were told they weren't going to be judged by.

@@AnonymousSandwich I was pretty disillusioned by the Jersey challenges at the start of this one. It is the first one I did not submit one in the last 5 I believe. You are spot on. They are not clear enough with the parameters and then they came in to clarify after the first weekend (some of our only time to build) and added restrictions. That caused a lot of people to have to start over.

The Raptorian Air Force has been looking into Buying some Attack Helicopters from the Stormworks Community for More Modern Style Combat Operations. We are willing to purchase the Kamov Ka-50 "Akula", the Huges AH-64 "Apache" and the AH-1 "Weebcopter(?)" at cost per unit from the Creators. Don't know why, but for some reason the Girl on the side of the AH-1 looked like VTuber Kson ON-AIR to me LMAO! And as for the YAH, Anyone for "Strike Witches"?

My helicopter was built in 6 hours, was the second posted and was unlike anything in the chosen 10. Capable of jet propulsion carried more weapons' then all the others, had a hidden weapons' bay like modern jets, didn't need a gyro and flew at a 45 % angle at full tilt i guess you were just afraid of the snake livery. Nextime (if i bother) ill make it a puppy or a kitten just for you babies. PS Why don't you post the voting results?
