Jass ji good video and very informative Fixed is 4.04 to 4.25 for 3 years and variable is 5.25. Now just think, when interest drops atleast 4 times by .25 (which is not the possibility and might even take 2-3 years) then you come down to the fixed rate of 4.25. So I guess the fixed option is better as of now. Just food for thought 🙏😊
