I speak as a 4-time FC champion, just play passing and ball possession, develop the players you like until 25-30 training sessions. (This only works in h2h) But my advice: enjoy the game🙌

When you play defense, take your hands off the screen and seize the moment to take the ball by pressing the button (jerk and tackle), do not touch the joystick itself. You can play for time, you don’t always have to play only to attack. If you see that your players are closed, pass back.
