In all the times Saitama has faced an enemy, not once did he use his full strength and yet still managed to beat every opponent. He has defeated a colossal sized dude that might've been even larger than the Colossal Titan, and he also destroyed a HUGE centipede with a single punch too. Neither of these may be nearly as big as the Rod Titan but if he can kill both of these without even trying, then he can surely destroy the Rod Titan with a single punch.
