One of the skills is named spinning slash and Levi gives it to you at level 6 friendship, the other one is wings of freedom and to get it you need to max out levi's friendship level and also his rank in Another Mode. Sorry for being so late.

Nice video btw have you maxed out all your gear to 99* yet I like playing Levi This is my set perfected blade 99 * Sharpness 1200 Blade length 100 Durability 1200 perfected Scabbard 25 * Gas capacity 1000 gas pressure 100 Mobility gear set 99 * Reel speed 1300 Arch strength 600 maybe higher As of now I have small clip of me

jiro Some are unlocked through playing the story. For those that are not, you get their friendship level to Level 5 and take them out on a Scout Mission and they'll unlock for Another Mode :)
