Just look at the first note then stretch your hand an octave from that note. Use your index finger to play the middle note. My index finger usually falls naturally on the middle note.

Try to play the left side only. Then try only the right hand. Once u can play them correctly and feel confident enough, u can start slowly combining them. I recommend slowing down the speed of the video. Hope it helps
