Same point here. BRO, I absolutely don’t understand how masses of people can be so obsessed with a bunch of similar low quality remixes of same 2 or 3 songs when there is so much more to aot ost. After cour 1 I just ran with all the speed to find the cover for this track and I’m glad I found almost identical copy and I listen to it often. I mean, it’s a pity that there are 5 entire albums of aot osts and the dumb internet is only interested in Samuel kim who is pretty mid at making aot covers and who is freakin obsessed with ashes on the fire. The whole point of all of a sudden mixing different themes in one cover just for hype is not understandable for me! Whooah, I finally got all my shit laid on somebody’s ear

It's funny how some people obsessed over ashes on fire, I mean True successor and Fall of marley were really nice for season 4 part 1, but hands down for me, season 4 part 2 went all out: global allied feet, footsteps of doom, all for freedom and so much more

This is the next evolution of what I consider the best track in all of Aot, and you made the perfect cover for it (until Samuel Kim decides to do it). Other than arrangements. This is pretty much taken and improved 😳 sorry if I made 3 comments but I can't hesitate not to. However, if the full version of this ost comes out, I'm sure you'll do a good job. At least that the one already released in the anime has been reproduced completely. I found the alternative that surpasses the original. Very good work p.s. too much that I have listened to it now I seem to miss the background sound effects such as screams, complaints etc ... when I listen to it I can remember them precisely because your cover follows the original perfectly

Really love this rendition a lot, the entire beginning sequence of this song is extremely similar to the actual song in the episode, however I couldn't help but notice there's a missing segment in the arrangement in 2:21 , where there's a screech sound playing with very deep chimes + drums after the moment it pans the camera out from the footsteps left behind the Titans, the piano is there but there's a small segment cut out after Ramzi gets crushed, was this intentional?

I find myself actually preferring this version to the original. While you can get used to the Riffs, they are still pretty lacklusterly placed, whereas this is more clean. Also I find this one adds more emphasis on the chorus
