Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart LOL same here. I don’t remember ever being this heavily invested in anything, live-action or anime. Well, except maybe Game of Thrones for Seasons 1-4. AoT’s story is so well done and the characters become part of your life. Everything is already laid out and we are sucked into it’s plot twists and such. The soundtracks are so amazing and sad and I keep feeling Eren’s anger and sadness as my own. That epic scene with Eren, Reiner and Bertholdt where Eren is crying over their betrayal is still ingrained in my mind. I honestly didn’t know what I was getting myself into when I started watching AoT back in 2014.

Seeing Hannes reminded me of myself. I am 25 and really miss the days when me and my friends would mess about and hang out when we were younger but I've come to realize that although those days are gone and some of those friends are now dead, I can still create new memories as life moves on. It was just a shame Hannes couldn't carry on living to do the same but he died a true soldier. Anyway my point was that seeing Hannes and how he was as a person really makes me want to value the present that much more.
