only royal blood can use the abilities of the founding titan otherwie no one , eren is able to use the coordinate because when eren punch the titan who killed his mom, was a royal blood (dina firtz ) first wife of eren's father ,when eren touches hand of the titan (dina fritz) he gets in contact with a royal blood titan so,that's why he is able to use founding titan for the first time
