The dinner scene is so funny 😆Poor Reiner. He was trying to find something bad to say about the scouts, but all he could come up with was, "There was this girl who didn't share her food evenly". You can tell his heart wasn't in it.

So I have an alternate theory about Reiner at the dinner table. I think he's totally disillusioned and bitter, and is actively mocking the beliefs of Marley. Imagine someone telling you about a potato thief and then ending with "oh yeah, it was a living hell" totally deadpan.

@@demonseed360 Gonna be completely honest and say I don't think she was ever really that into the show. Not that she didn't like it or enjoy it but I get the feeling she just wasn't that invested as the other two ladies. Which is fine btw not everyone has to be crazy about every show they watch.

Molly, season 4 is when it became obsession for me, too. It’s been almost 3 years since I first watched this show and I still haven’t found anything to surpass it. That’s your answer. It doesn’t get any better than AOT. 😂 But season 4 is when it moves up to masterpiece level so strap in!

Once you guys are done with the show you deffff gotta rewatch all of the intro and outro songs with English lyrics (full versions if doable) because you are quite literally saying some of the lyrics in your discussion lmaooo. Akuma no ko (full version) specifically for sure. But def don't watch until you're done to fully appreciate the lyrics!

Wasn't Reiner. Body was still there later with a crowd of people, and Reiner himself urging the kids away from the dead guy. Plus, Reiner would know that just a 50 foot fall would not be able to do much damage to him for very long.

Jeez. Figure out a way to get Levi and Mikasa to work together, and Zeke would just huddle on the ground and cry, while peeing himself. Zeke never really got to interact or fight her, and I'd put her at least half as strong and competent as Levi, just lacking his experience. As for Kenny, I'm not sure how long he'd been using 3DM gear, and it looked like he never used the Scout type, just the Interior type, and the advanced Scout Type was only developed after his death.

Idk why everyone says Gabi is like Eren when it couldn't be farther from the truth. Erens whole personality is to fight for freedom. He always hated the walls and felt humiliated to be trapped inside like animals in a pen, whereas, Gabi is way too comfortable being treated like an animal and kept in a pen. If Eren was on the continent he would've pretty much questioned it the same way and hated the people controlling them and herding them in internment zones.

"Are we the baddies?" 🤣 Personally, I say no. To clarify, I have absolutely no issues with anything our protagonists, the Scouts, have done up to *this point*. All they've done so far is defend themselves against enemies who refused to explain their motivations. If anyone on the island could be possibly labeled a baddie, it's anyone who knew the whole truth, e.g. Grisha or the royal family.

I think they're just a little slow going because of their individual schedules. The middle one is stepping away for work and other things so that the channel can move at a little better pace I think. I haven't heard of them abandoning anything.
