do you know how to take it off of sleep mode

In deep sleep mode you need to press any button before you could move it, in a idle mode only you can just simply move the mouse.

Yes dko nga rin alam kung bakit ganun eh parang sa medyo bad copy sakin pero nasanay nako hahahaha kaya pag mga tournament or competitive scenario nag wi-wired ako. pero hindi ko pa na try na ilagay ung mismong dongle nya sa pc directly kesa dun sa docking station na charger nya baka dun ung problema eh hindi sa mouse mismo. parang nag cucut ksi ung signal nya d pako sure pero pwde mo try na ikabit ung 2.4dongle nya sa likod ng pc mo if mas mag ok sya. pabalitaan lang ako hehee

Yes via usb wired mode you can charge and use it at the same time!

My attack shark x6 just stopped working suddenly, it has a light indicator on 2.4g that wont go away even if i turn off the mouse. Any ideas? I've only been using it for a week.

Try to turn the 2.4G on or active then press and hold the mode switch ( the circle button ) for 5 to 10 seconds when you see the 2.4g blinks green then unplug and replug the 2.4g dongle and see if it works!

Doesnt work unfortunately. But it suddenly worked for a couple of hours but the issue came back immediately. Though, it's now usable when wired. I left it charging for 9 hours but unplugging it will return it back to "Device Sleep" status (according to the software). So basically my Attack Shark X6 is now exclusively a wired mouse. 2.4G and BT no longer functions. Very disappointing. I've only been using it for 6 days. ​@@CrawlPH

No! when you put the wire regardless if its on 2.4g or BT it will automatically activates the wired mode.

Yes but it will revert back when restarted it doesnt have memory or chip inside for saving the last configuration.

@@skyfreezej ive been using my mouse for almost 2 weeks of something, in the first 3 days it didnt sound like that. I opened my mouse yesterday to my dad saying it makes those sounds because of a plastic and theres nothing we could do about it

@@adaa1214 The plastic rubs against the plastic and you get this squeak, only if you cut off a small layer of plastic.

I am too that's why I requested from the seller to replace it and planning to sell it brandnew btw I am already using the Fantech Helios II pro (black) it is more expensive/budget side but honestly this Helios II pro is a great mouse to buy it feels really high quality product for its price :) I'll upload a video soon! #fantech #fantechHeliosIIpro
