I definitely prefer N/A cars over boosted cars and will probably steer clear of any boost for any car I own, but wow is it just amazing what people do with boost. The turbo systems in some of those cars are just insane and really innovative. My favorite is definitely the soarer, just insane.

No, it did not. There seems to have been exceptions in the past, and maybe even this year with the Rodin, though. I don't know how the rulebook is applied

Is the ASM S2000 at 15:00 built by the shop in the US, or is there a different ASM present in Japan?

I dont know of an ASM in the US. ASM is Autobacs ASM Yokohama
