KD mainly just shows how you get your kills. People with a sub 1 KD usually aren't PvP oriented, people with a KD of 1-3 are pretty decent and either really good and nice or somewhat bad, people with KD's above 4 are usually the type of people to always sit in akula's, hunters, jets and once their vehicle gets destroyed they tp away. Anyone with more than 10 KD is a degenerate that constantly ewo's, heist warps, uses rc cars and just plays like a pssy in general. All these things don't matter anymore though, I have a 0.53 KD but win most fights. Ever since they froze the KD, the stat really doesn't say anything about someone's ability to fight in freemode

So firstly, the glasses are NOT modded, and "technically" nothing on them is. Since there were glitches to obtain the utility belt and such, but they might have been patched. Obviously the account is modded, but had it not been, that could have been glitched on, so technically, 50/50 cheated and legit. Just not necessarily modded. (That might've made more sense in my head than typed out. I'm tired.) Point is, the entire outfit IS, or at least WAS, possible for anyone and everyone to make/obtain. However the glasses themselves are NOT modded. No such clothing exists. It would have to he genuinely modded stuff like NPC models in place of the characters, like when people run around as monkeys all year round. Or as one of the beach body builders. But nothing can go on your Online characters model. What it is, is the Red Glasses are the "Gun Range" glasses. However for Female Characters, they have s few colors (I think like 2-3? I don't remember) that Male Characters do NOT have. Just like Male Characters can wear certain things in combination together, that Female Characters can NOT. Like some of the combat style vests, with a good amount of like military/longsleeve shirts. Not sure why, it just is. Anywho, hope this cleared it up. If you don't believe me, go get on a female character and go to glasses. Lol for "Gun Range Glasses" and you'll see. Trust me, I wish the dark red where on both male and female. But they aren't.
