I am not sure what battle calculator you are using. In the third battle my battle calculator says the defender survives 9% of the time, the attacker takes with 1 tnk 2%, 2 tnks 4%, and 3 tnks 6%. 9+2+4+6=bottom 21%, however without the rounding I think it is more like bottom 23% results. Also in the second battle taking with 2 inf and 4 ftr is a top roughly 16% result, plus you did the first battle without loss. You actually got above average dice overall this turn.

I was a bit emotional in the moment seeing so many of my comrades fall to the dice that looking at the calculator through my tear filled eyes may have messed with my vision reading the numbers. Let me have my pity party! LOL (actually I think I had initially run the calc with sending all 10 tanks and hadnt updated for keeping one back. - but yes you are correct, it is closer to 23% that only 3 tanks or worse survive as it was done).
