She’s used to different piping techniques, so she makes it look easy. It takes a lot of practice with these if you’re new to piping. Also, she wasn’t even sure what these are supposed to look like, so she probably doesn’t know what the other ones’ results are supposed to look like. That would make for a pretty confusing video, in my opinion.

The Russian tips are awesome. I find that they work best with a medium thickness frosting, and when air bubbles have been thoroughly removed. Happy decorating.

I am basic baker who can't even do frosting designs. Just frosting the top & sides of meh cakes & cupcakes. (I leave my cookies alone or use a sugar/cinnamon mixture if making sugar cookies. No icing for brownies either [even though I only made them once])
