Lord Hec is very body inteligent, the way how he sees someone dancing and can easily understand how to imitate it, its crazy Me for example, even watching is dance tutorials for several times, and even in slow motion , i can not execute that, i always get confused with my own steps

I would have swept my ass on the jump rope, tore my groin muscle on the spiderman. my neck snapped 180 on the rollout, broke my teef in the dance hall, stomp my leg out jumping over my other leg, plopped on the ground doing the karate kid, and elbowed my nuts on the last one. I'm 49, back in the day when I'd grab my foot and jump through it, I'd go and down and do the splits or jump back through it. I can do this stuff, to an extent, I ain't young and limber anymore. I'm liking these dances, brings me back to the late 80s and early 90s.
