Loosen suspension but raise rear end. The sparks from the back at high speeds are result of high downforce. At least irl that's what I'd do to fix it. If the game has similar physics then there ya go.

Pro tip: if you're driving and there's an ai car in your path instead of rewinding just pause. The ai car will carry on then when you unpause they will have gone.

Try the Austin Taxi HS for the Horizon Festival Speed Trap. I know they are rare, but I got 1 in about a week of grinding, and in the same time I lost out on 2 of them, so it isn't as hard as you would think.
