Eli, well done again big man.. u made that look easy. I agree, replace the one of the French fries patty with pork belly or some other meat of some kind.. To answer u're question, I would've swapped out the onion and had bacon and brisket in the Mac'n'Cheese, i would've added jalapeño to it too.. but u can ever have too much brisket..its soooo good. That was a Really kind thing to do, giving u're dessert away like that.. kudos. 🎉 Great video chap.🎉

The fried fry patty is a cool concept! Intriguing… Did it taste eat like taking a bite of multiple fries, or a fry ball? Overall everything you described sounded good. And… I agree, Rocky IV was the best Rocky. Great job! Killed It!

Thanks buddy, the fry patty was unique. They were fries that were fried and cooked but then it was smashed and binded together with something (maybe egg and a light batter) and then fried a second time. I believe you would smash this and enjoy it too.
