A lot of fans had a hard time comprehending this character and what exactly his power increase was and have debated for a long time what he is capable of. I can answer that simply by enlightening you to what Thor is in this state and why this comic essentially ended right after. Thor became a Demiurge, and to retrace a little history Thor is one of Two sons of Gaea the Elder Goddess The Elder Gods being children of the 4th Demiurge which are beings across time and space who attain omnipotent power through their own endeavors. Atum the god of the Sun is Gaea's other Son who became the demigorge a being who feeds on demons and evil gods and absorbs their divinity, in an act of respite dispersed the consumed energy of the beings he consumed and created the 9 realms man and the pantheons worshipped from the minds of all the 9 realms including midgard and humanity. The Celestials and their beyonder allies and eternal children were invaders and the beings Thor faced in this comic were disguised shapeshifted beyonders. This Version of Thor is beyond the Tribunal or the one above all because he achieves the status of a Demiurge which is his bloodright. Some hardcore comic fans out there might wanna deny and debate this but I will stand on it.
