Attempting to make the Chicken Parmesan from Epicurious and Chef Saul Montiel

I like to watch the channel Epicurious and one of the latest episodes intrigued me. It was $167 vs $19 Chicken Parm: Pro Chef &Home Cook Swap Ingredients. The pro chef, Chef Saul Montiel made a crazy chicken parm sandwich that I just had to try and make! Full credit goes all to them.

Nice video. It looks delicious. Just one thing, those aren't poblano peppers. Poblano peppers aren't spicy, those you're using are spicy for sure. The peppers you used might be serrano peppers.
