Is this the College of Winterhold? I think I took a wrong turn. I'm looking for the Hall of Attainment. Can anyway help me? There are so many rooms and quests that I'm confused. I understood Winterhold was supposed to be pointless, tiny, and located in the Frozen Tundra.
