Forgive me for being ignorant, but im am clueless as to what the caller is asking, and also what the sheikh has called haram, could someone please explain to me?

I think he asked if he was sinful if a female teacher asked him a question while cracking jokes and the class being a mixed one had a lot of interactions, but he just answers the question modestly. And the answer is that if he does not engage in the joking and free mixing and only answers the questions straight when he is asked then he has done his part and it is none of his concern if they freemix. That's what I understood, Salam.
