I’m so glad you’ve put together this series to showcase the chaos of events and the heart, stress, and anxiety that small business owners go through. I thought I was crazy. Producing food I want it as fresh as possible. Many sleepless nights before events. I would look at other vendors like dang. I wish I just had inventory sitting around 😢 But now I know I shouldn’t assume anyone’s situation.

so glad you're here:) I started connecting with other sustainable designers and events through social media! as I posted more content about my small biz and following sustainable accounts that I looked up to, I was able to meet some really cool people! I think the fashion week events were definitely great experiences that helped me gain confidence, learn about the industry, and network with others. Definitely start with following people you aspire to be like on social media and attend the events that they recommend:)

There is a thing called bodkin/clover elastic threader/pull through needle which is making elasticating super easy!

I think the method you use to pull trough the elastic is the best method, I can't really think of any other way :( your tags look really pretty, they are small and perfect and is not obnoxious to have your brand on the things you make!! you should be putting your brand everywhere! that's how you get people to know who made it and how to (hopefully) get more of it, oh and also it looks really professional!!
