I love how it all connects. It's said that transits do not affect yogis. Because since they renunciated everything, that means they renunciated the planets and they don't affect them anymore. That's what you are doing with living a balanced life. Keeping everything modest. Now if you want to reduce the effects of a bad transit, do the same! Renunciate the planet by taking less of it's significations, fasting on it's day, praying to the god. Everything just clicks. Brilliant!

Visti-ji uses Rashi Chakra where the entire sign is treated as a bhava. This is not Bhava chakra and not Bhava Chalit Chakra.

This is pure Gold. Thank you for this lecture. I've one question on what Vistiji said. He asked to check Saturn's aspect on the lord of a house. What if the lord of the house we would like to study is Saturn itself? How to interpret in that case?

You should divide two things. Transit Saturn and Saturn in birth chart. When he mentioned Saturn's drishti on the lord of a house, we were talking about transit Saturn. So if transit Saturn aspects your Saturn in the chart you interpret it as difficulties in topics related to the houses ruled by your birthchart Saturn. Let's say you have Saturn exalted in Libra. Now transit Saturn is going through Capricorn. Transit Saturn gives 10th aspect on your Saturn in the birthchart. This houses ruled by Saturn in Libra will have some issues despite having exalted Saturn. Unless you chant mantras everyday and follow balanced life, then, as Visti said, negative transit effect will be neutralized.

Parivartana doesn't change the nature of the planet, its denying habit. It is said that every graha has body and mind. In retrograde state the body remains in the original sign, and the mind wants to go to the opposite sign. After parivartana mind will try to go to the opposite sign from a new sign (after exchange).
