This comment section is very interesting to say the least. Not so sure I’d put my house on this horse winning or losing Boxing Day. We’ve not seen it truly tested yet in a race where it’s gave a full showing, although at the same time beat a good horse in Hermes Allen without going into 2nd gear at Kempton, with one of the finest jumping displays I’ve seen in 15 years. Anyone lumping or laying big on this horse, is a fool. Completely unknown quantity.

Hermes Allen was a grade 2 animal at best. Not going to win a grade 1 pal

@@lean2281 The fundamental flaw of your very basic analysis that you seem so strong on, is that your rationale applies to pretty much every horse that has ever won a Grade 1 race. Let’s take a horse like Altior for example, similar in their profile going from hurdles to chasing having both won Grade 1 hurdle races. Altior beat horses like Traffic Fluide when he started chasing, did Traffic Fluide ever win a Grade 1 chase? Also, did the fact Altior beat Traffic Fluide mean he couldn’t do it. Weak analysis.

@@alexcochrane82 I don't share that opinion Alex, I don't think they will see which way he goes in the King George, He is lightening quick over a fence as the video on my channel Illustrates, Il Est Francais has two bad runs to his name both in the spring and that means the King George will be his Gold Cup, He will be pin point perfect on boxing day and i think he will destroy them, As Ruby Walsh has said a few times "You won't beat them if you can't get near them".

In the realistic world of jumps that is a victory as you can only beat what is in front of you and they were dispatched with ease. But the British racing pundits will do nothing but pick holes in that performance Reason being they have nothing to beat French trained horses or Irish trained horses So they will try to discredit everyone of them. All they have is Ch who may or may not be fit when things get tough
