WOW that turned out great! My Adriatic cook stove top is bronze I started trying to polish it by hand with polishing compound but too much . will try your method.

Hey Jordan nice job. Where did you get the chainplates,? I might have to get new chainplates also and was thinking about the electro-polishing option but it's a bit expensive. Any thoughts on Manual polish vs. Electro polish? I mean if there is not a real benefit to electro polish I will go your route.

too bad you couldn't have found someone who has a pebolator. would have saved you the time with the wire brush up to about 100 grit sandpaper.
