Theres more than one mic, anything coming through the PA system is being recorded. Your hearing literally whats coming out of the speakers at the show. Thats what his voice sounds like at this specific concert.

If your running the video at 720p, youtube's compression doesn't change the sound at a noticeable level unless you have a side by side comparison. He sounds shitty at this show, its hard for screaming vocalists to be really consistent when touring 100's of shows. I'm not a fan of this band, but I've seen a live video of him where he sounds pretty solid.
