I feel like there's two big reasons for the awkward reaction to that though: 1. If you know, you know. Don't know if it's true, we may never know if it's true, but the bigs at WWE are sure acting like it's true. 2. No one really ever wanted to see Taker's streak end. Brock didn't need it, Taker was never the same afterward, and to my understanding it's agreed generally today that it just should not have happened.

@@JuliusC1973 The problem for Paul was that he was loud, obnoxious and prone to creating issues through his outspoken nature afterall WCW fired him twice because they just did not see what a verbal gold mine they had in him. ECW gave him the platform to launch a career that showcased his abilities to promote a fed, it also showcased his more weasel like side with allegations of him working the boys a common complaint, there is also the nasty side effect of the fact that the single larger creditor of HGH Promotions was his father whom he owed around $5 million. With Paul the ledger is finely balanced and his on screen work is out standing, maybe his business side is not so great.

He said he wasn't sure how to come out there and present him as himself, but that's because all he's seen are people that have had to come out and show a side of themselves different from the character they played in the industry. The answer was right in front of his face. Paul Heyman is such an amazing person in real life that he never needed an industry fabricated role, and just being himself was enough to make him one of the most successful people to ever enter the business. It honestly is not a small shoe to fit to be the "Head of the Table" "Tribal Chief" as the "Universal Champion" for such a massive global organization, people really overlook what Roman Reigns has done for WWE. He deserves his Acknowledgement

Can't tell you how many times I've come back to 15:31 for motivation in tough times these last couple months. What an orator.

If Paul Heyman is planting his flag as a Paul Levesque guy and saying that the talent are getting more creative freedom and better pushes, then I believe it. This man has worked with the absolute best and he’s seen every peak and valley the industry can bring, so if he’s got HHH’s back, then wrestling is so fucking back.
