In Canada it is a law where the police can tell the frauditors where they have to stand and if they don’t comply they will be arrested. Same goes with verbally interfering. Frauditors cannot use scanners to locate police on a traffic stop since the police communications are encrypted.

why would they not call 911 and refuse to get out?? We all see what happens in court, some DA will throw out all charges related to resisting and misuse of 911 and the sovcit will think thats a win and do it all over again. One thing sovcits say is correct is that the charges will not stand in court.

I don't do the weird deification of veteran and member of the armed forces like American public wont, but at least we all have to agree that anyone who went AWOL and got dishonourably discharged don't deserve to brag about being in the military.

Yeah it's pretty sad the immediate pulling of the veteran card, as though everything and everyone needs to halt and treat you better than anyone else.

The last interaction, I don't think the cops were out of line. Earlier in the interaction they said they'll review the video and take action on WHOEVER needs to be arrested. Sounds like they were giving her a bit of a break. When she continued being a nuisance, they just decided to stop giving her a break. Sort of like a cop who pulls you over for speeding but is going to give you a warning, but then you start shouting at him. He's allowed to then give you the ticket. That's how I clocked it anyway.

That's a legitimate US Passport Card, I got one when I had myblast passport issued It's only valid for international use when crossing over to Mexico or Canda via land travel.

Ms. Wagner got the disorderly charge because of the person who stepped out of their car and was walking towards her when she turned around, raised her voice and said f- you. Look to the left behind your chat feed.

I just wanna say, that if I drove or even had a car, if I got stopped for any reason, I wouldn't have an issue with showing my liscense, registration and proof of insurance. Because if I did drive, I'd have all three of those things! Because I'm not a sovcit and I do understand that driving is a privilege and not a right. But what I wouldnt do is answer the questions of "where you coming from", "what were you doing there", or "where you headed". Because I don't have to. And it's none of the cops' business. I'd cooperate as much as I had to, but I also wouldn't be a dick, either. But I wouldnt answer any questions I don't absolutely have to. Makes sense, right? At least I think it does. Carry on, Arty!
