This sounds crazy but this sermon was coming for my throat so directly that I started crying and feeling so sick, when pastor Mike started praying I started shaking uncontrollably and I looked in the mirror and my eyes were bloodshot red. I knew it wasn’t a panic attack cuz I’ve had plenty before. I called my friend and she started praying for me and I started shaking like crazy punching my self and laughing so I knew it was a demon. I called my boyfriends mom and her and her family came to my house and delivered a demon from me in front of my catholic parents. I’ve been having Tourette-like symptoms for a month, been feeling aggressive (punching and slapping people and objects), I’ve been obsessed over physical pain especially when it left cuts or bruises, and been around old sin and temptations. This has all happened while I still listened to the Bible daily, prayed daily, preached the gospel, and prayed over people. The devil is no joke people he will slip into any area you let him. I was doing all things a Christian does but as soon as I started looking at porn my spirit weakened and my flesh grew stronger, then I was looking at people lustfully then the twitching started and when I had sex the evil spirit was deep in me because I let it. I have to make a lot of changes in my life to keep these demons away. Thank you so much, this message was specifically for me, if I didn’t hear it it would of gotten worse. You may realize that your habit is used to address other hidden issues. Then, if you can begin to heal from those areas by the Word of God (and also therapy), the porn habit will be less attractive.

I did the exact same thing Babydoll Shavon. For me, it was 6 years. I thought after so long, I couldn't be tempted. But little things led up to the act such as listening to R & B and watching romantic movies, and attending functions with friends that are not on the same spiritual path I'm on. I gave the keys to my peace away. I was emotional rollercoaster but I had to open my instructional manual (the Word) and confirm that I'm forgiven for my past, present and future SINS. Got back on track, renewing my mind, listening and watching that is pleasing to my spirit instead of my flesh. I will be praying for us all.

He honestly telling nothing, but the truth. In 2018, I found myself in this same season. I was fully devoted to God and my purpose was being realize...I mean I was walking in it. Then, I started to NOTICE....the fun I thought I wasn’t haven’t or the type of MEN I was attracted to ( you know the ones who have money and take you trips). Remind you this is at the time was I so exhausted with my purpose and I was THIRSTY for “FUN”. I end up dating this who I knew wasn’t for me. This relationship almost caused me to question my faith. The spirit within him tried to shut my faith up by saying “ your a fundamentalist” when honestly, I just really believed in God. God was faithful to send dreams and people to speak to me, but I wanted what I wanted so badly I tried to silence the voices. I literally had NO peace mentality in that relationship because of my convictions. After, I got out the relationship ( actually not on my part) I realized I couldn’t open my mouth to pray like I once had. It took almost an entire year and some for God to restore me in that area. This is why I say when you are tired or hunger just know the enemy will send what you are attracted to as well. I am thankful that what type of men that are truly for me. Also, God showed me that he will always protect me. I am not fearful that this situation will happen again because God showed me how he will chase me down and send every life boat possible to get my attention! Now, I am simply rebuilding my life and staying focus and paying attention to what I am saying to myself and doing when I become tired. Love you. I hope this encourages you all.

It just dawned on me the long term consequences of David’s adultery with Bathsheba. She later birthed King Solomon. The wisest king of all time but also was the one who’s sexual appetite was never satisfied and as a result after Solomon’s death God allowed their kingom that David and Solomon fought for to be destroyed. The thing that started as a tiny affair snowballed into legacy shifting consequences. Your attraction if it’s dangerous has long term consequences that go beyond yourself. It can effect so many others lives, careers, destinies waiting for them walking with God. Cause God always calls us to our purpose for benefit of the world not just ourselves. Thank God like David we’re no longer under law and separated from God but the new covenant of grace. Although God always forgives us and we can always be restored and redeemed to Him. God needs us to continually choose Him. Like how every day you choose your girl or boyfriend /partner/fiancé/spouse and no one else. And no one said it was easy but in the darkness He is our strength.
