I myself saw a judge asking for bribe. He was sitting on his judge chair and not in his chamber. 1st he asked Rs 25000 to grant bail in a false kidnapping case through my lawyer. I refused and secured anticipatory bail from the sessons court. Then when i went to surrender and furnish bail bond than he himself asked Rs 5000. I refused politely saying i dont have money. Then he interogated the bailers as if they are false bailers. Since both bailers were geniuine so they replied to all the questions. I don't know if the judge asked for 5 lakhs or not. But saying that no judge can be corrupt is absolutely a lie. Your statement proves that something is fishy. It's not possible that a lawyer like you have no experience of corruption ever. Since it was a counter blast false case so it got quashed later from high court. You also know very well how Atul was being harassed and in all probability you helped Nikita to plan court dates in such a way that he gets harassed. The harassment lead to his suicide.

If laws protect a wife, why don't they extend the same protection to a husband's family, like his mother or sister, who may also face harassment? Equality before the law means justice for all, not selective bias. Corruption in the judiciary and law enforcement only deepens the crisis, and it's high time the system addressed these loopholes to ensure fairness and accountability for everyone involved.

What a shame. How can someone say that 80000/- expenses are correct for a 4 years old child. And why should only one parent pay that. What if man loses the job, will wife pay maintenance to child and husband?. There is a strong need to revist maintenance 125 law and make sensible amendments.

सभी को नमस्कार कानून किसी भी समुदाय के लिए या जेंडर के लिए बनाया जाता है यह बिल्कुल भी ठीक नहीं है। अगर पॉलीग्राफ टेस्ट की मान्यता दे दी जाए तो 75% मुकदमे अपने आप ही कम हो जाएंगे। झूठे केस की सजा या अदालत में कैसे होने के बाद वापस ना हो। ऐसा होने पर 25% केशो में कमी आएगी। अगर आप इससे सहमत हैं। तो हमारे भारत दर्शन के लिए एक मुहिम चलाइए।
