He is such a loser he lost the case and found guilty so only to hide his face from society he ended up in committing suicide courts work on evidence not on stories his story seems like a cooked up and obviously judges will tell the plaintiff and defendant to settle the matter and move on but it's the ego of guy he doesn't want to settle the matter so he dragged the case and when courts found him guilty he just end up his like a loser. It depends on case to case few will be fake and few will be genuine and the genuine one's will be suffer a lot. And court gives lot of time to get reconciliation or else settle the matter giving the alimony and close the case if you dragged the case denying that you will not settle you will end up losing the case and patience and final stage after losing case will end up doing something weird if he was guy with guts and will he would have survived and live the life happily don't tell me it's a torture and courts runs on evidence and no judge will simply give judgement.

I appreciate that you are standing in support of Atul. Abuse of Section 498A is a serious issue. Hope Atul gets justice. Having said that, no one is talking about 40,000 dowry deaths in 4 years which are nothing but murders. Hope you make an episode on all these dowry murders as well. By the way, stats like 45% rape case "fake" are misleading. In India, police itself does the investigation and there are no professional investigators like developed countries. The prosecutors don't even know what evidence to present in court in rape cases. In this pathetic situation, it will be a miracle if the majority of "real" rapes are actually proven.
