- Note: I made this video One long video instead of making two videos out of it, because I found that after my Campfire supper, there wasn't enough content for me to make a second video, so I made one longer video. Hope you like it.

So Wendell and I took a break from yard work to go out to Martin head Island for a Wild Camping trip, we hit some beautiful trails, collected drift wood, had an amazing supper on the beach followed by some beers by the campfire. Yeah that High tide trail is amazing, it's a perfect trail in my opinion. I agree the trash is getting out of hand and it drives me crazy to see it knowing that they could have easily packed it out. Did you post a new video or did I miss it? Great job with the videos man, I’ve watched all your more recent camping videos, I think like 20 of them haha, and you do such a great job with them they are a pleasure to watch thank you for taking us along! I can tell how much effort and time you put into them and they are awesome! I’m from Vermont and I enjoy the outdoors and share a lot of the same values you do when it comes to respecting the land and enjoying what it has to offer. I def plan to get out there and do some of my own atv camping as I get the itch every time I watch one of your videos. You should try some of our Vermont brewed beers we are well known for them. I would suggest anything from the alchemist brewery such as heady topper or Hill farmstead brewing company such as Edward are a few of my favorites. The Long Trail brewing company, Magic Hat and switchback are also great. Cheers I look forward to more of your videos this summer!

Your channel is very relaxing and modest....a nice change from the typical 'rip it up' mentality. This is how trail riding should be in the wilderness....LEAVE NO TRACE! and don't trash the trails. If you don't want the responsibility of cleaning up after yourselves, stay out of public lands!! I'm here in Kalispell, MT and as our population skyrockets our forests are under siege and there's trash (and shit!) everywhere. My family is always picking up trash everywhere we go and although I've undoubtedly left trash by accident....we do our part to reverse the impact of the masses. I know I'm preaching to the choir as your subscribers likely aren't the problem. With populations soaring it's more and more important to be able to find places where there isn't the glaring sign of man....you live in a great place! Peace

Hey Man! New sub. Loved the video! But one thing.... the food in the tent is a bad idea. The few times that black bears have actually killed people down here in the Adirondack Mountains where I live, this is why they did it. Im not going to tell you how to store your food or to thang it in a tree, or any of the other usual advice. I just wanted to give you a heads up on the food in the tent thing. 99.9% of the time, im sure it's fine. It' just that ONE TIME that you don't want to regret. God forbid a hungry Coyote came in smelling that food and took the dog. You'd be out all night shooting Coyotes and no one wants to spend ALL NIGHT shooting Coyotes when there is cold beer to drink.

Hey man ! You're right for sure, the only food in the tent were those Chips right? I eat those around the fire that night so they weren't in the tent, and I hung the rest of my food and the garbage I found in a tree away from my camp (probably should have put that on video haha) But you are right for sure, it's just that ONE time when something bad happens. Bahahaha Yes man the damn coyotes, ya gotta watch them, they could take my dog so easily, and you're right I dont want to spend all night shooting yotes when the beers cold and the fires going haha thanks for the comment !

Great video. The basement with the pipes, the small square in the back corner was a cistern to store water. The water was collected via eaves trough on the roof and into the cistern via the pipes. The second basement is of the lighthouse, the iron in the hole was the top of the lighthouse where the light was mounted. Hey ! I know eh.... and the first people to complain will be the losers who abused that area for the last 30 years... it's going to be sad when we lose it, it's such a beautiful area. I hope when they close it down they dont close down the low and High tide trail side, so we can still access that area, just not by that road. it seems like all he mess comes from people who use that road down... they haul campers and stuff.... just my opinion. I've seen that painting and I've read a few articles that a subscriber from Sussex sent me on the area, I Love History so stuff like that is right up my ally !

Maritimer we are looking for possibilities to move to Canada but it’s hard if you don’t know people there. Besides ATV and loving nature I am a huge MTB fan and Whistler is like mountainbike heaven. And then your history, just a wow country.

Hey ! Honestly I rarely use bug repellent, only when it gets unbearable. then I will usually spray some on my hat and clothes. no real preference to a brand. Musqol (spelling? )

Since I'm a new viewer i just watched this tonight. Catching up a little at a time. What tick treatment is Wendell on? My lab had lymes. Do you treat your tent and clothes? Skin? Are ticks as bad there as eastern us? I hope your buddy with lyme is better. Like your video's, your beer and hockey team aren't for me, Stella and the Flyers more my speed as well as MREs and freeze dried food. I don't eat that good at home. haha like your "Get away from the crowd" choice. Leave it cleaner than you found it is a good motto.✌

Wendell had one tick on him when he was younger but it was while he was in Nova Scotia. I dont find the ticks as bad in New Brunswick compared to NS. Thanks for watching man !

I ride in Northern Maine and the trails there in New Brunswick look very similar! Love it! I'll have to buy a 3-day trail pass sometime and come there to ride! I have some friends up in the Bathurst region. Have you ridden around there before?

Hey man ! yeah I think we have pretty similar terrain from what I see on YT videos, you should come up here for sure ! lots of trails, and each club has trail maps and the Polaris Ride app is free and has most of the trails on it I've never ridden up in Bathurst but i know that have a huge snowmobile trail system, so im sure they would have lots of summer ATV trails.
