dixiemudnut, you are right about that. I've been praying for this guy. I talked to my in-laws about it so they will pray for him too. It may seem like no big deal to some folks but I hope God with open his eyes. I keep praying for his. Thanks man

Very good mud and ATV's!! I like it!
@mudpimp12 жыл бұрын
The exhaust is not so much the problem as long as the atv dont shut off while the exhaust is under water. What happens when is does shut off while under water is that water can be sucked into the motor. The main thing to be concerned about is the air intake which is connected to the carburetor. If you get water in that, it will get into your carb and then into your engine.

Heck yeah brother. We don't discriminate man..we love meeting new people! We would all have a great time getting muddy!!

Thanks a lot. I sure appreciate it. The 2wd 420 is running 26 tall x 11 wide on 12" rims. Those tires are awesome. Notice he is the only one that went through it both ways and it's only 2wd. I love it.

JcX. What Suzuki is doing and saying is a good thing. Though he may have spelled words wrong does not matter. He may not have preached it word for word right, but he did get his point across, because myself and you did know what he was talking about. The Lord don't care about our spelling. He does care about our heart and He does want us to share the gospel. Suzuki's heart is in the right place and he doing what God would want him to do. Keep up the good work Suzuki.

No problem man. Big difference in tires. The 589 is a great tire. It is heavy but it has great pulling abilities but no side bite. It is a VERY tuff tire. Outlaws are the best mud tire on the market IMO. The one I run on my 2wd rancher is 8yrs old. They last forever. They can be hard on the equipment sometimes. I haveent had any problems with mine though. But them again it is a 2wd.

Smart choice. If you dont want anything aggresive, try the MudTrax by STI. Thats what the red 2wd toward the end had on it and it went through it both ways.

The 1st at was Honda 420 with swampites. Crazy because the King Quad has the same same. Whats bad is the other red 420 is a 2wd and he made it through where the 4wd about got stuck. He was running 26" Mud Trax. Love those tires.

The belt drive has an intake and exhaust. They both should be snorkeled. On most snorkeled atv's or utv's, you will see 3 snorkels. One is the airbox and the other two are for the belt. Thanks for watching.
@mudpimp12 жыл бұрын
Many years ago we would mud ride in trucks, but then changed to ATV's. To me, it is a lot more fun and a whole lot easier to get unstuck. I would say it is cheaper but that is not always the case.
@mudpimp15 жыл бұрын
I can tell you this much. If you arelooking for a 250, the Honda Recon is a great little macine and has great power for its size. Around here, you can gt a Honda 420 2wd brand new for $3299. That is a fantastic price and a wonderful atv. Kawasaki's 366 is geat too. Arctic Cat makes a 366 that is nice and has rear independent suspension (IRS). Yamaha has a 400 Big Bear that is a wonderful mudding machine right off the showroom floor.

You are very welcome. I have one too except it is a Kawasaki Teryx. I can my little boy with me on it and feel safe about it. I can put his helment on and strap him in the seatbelt and go. He just hangs on an loves it. He is now 4 but he was 3 when he started going with me. They are more safe because of the seatbelt and rollcage. It would be awesome to ride on your 180 acre ranch.

@mudpimp15 жыл бұрын
If you look at all my videos, youll see different terrains. Lots of trails, muddy open areas, deep water, ruts, etc. We do ride slower because we dont like to fly around the woods & trails, thats how people can get hurt when you have a lot of riders. We like to take it easy & play in all the holes. Whats embarrassing about that? Sometimes we have to make our own trails. Sometimes the challenge is just figuring out how to get to the other side of a mass of deep mud, water and rutted out trails.

Very easy to change as long as all he did was put a foot shifter on it, its no big deal. All electric shifts come with the foot shifter attachment incase the electric shift goes out. I have an electric shift rancher & the wire came out of the angle sensor in the back of the motor. Check the wire connection 1st. I just had to replace the angle sensor a few months ago. It cost me about $68. Back in early 2000 Honda had a recall on some of the electric shifts. The shift plate was causing problems.

That mud hole has developed over years of riding. It's not from anyone digging or anything. Just from lots of atv's riding through what started out as a rut. We play in it just about everytime we ride.
@mudpimp15 жыл бұрын
You didnt offend me at all. I like the kawi's. They r very powerful. I would buy the 650 over the 750 because its cheaper and has just as much power. My buddy is a Kawi mechanic and he said the 650 is the best engine theyve built & has more torque. I luv the v-twin & it sounds great. I dont like the cable activated diff lock on the atv but the one on the sideXside works good. It could b better cuz the cable can & will stretch. I luv my teryx. I didnt know I was getting it. My wife surprised me.

The rzr had more aggressive tires and hugged the side of the hole instead of going through the middle. Also has a wider stance which keeps the it from falling directly in the same rutts too. It could have easily made it through the middle but I think he was a little nervous in front of the crowd.

@BAMABOYSTELK1999 , Its just a love for this type of past time. If you've never done it then you won't appreciate or understand that fun in it. Millions of people all over the world do this with the same type equipment. ATV/UTV manufacturers are building these things more and more for this type of riding. They can handle it as long as you keep your intake and drive belt out of the water. The reason for telling the guy to go through the center is because he was talking smack.

yeah thats what happened to my friend's Timberwolf. it had limited slip 4x4 that was always in. no way of getting it in 2x4 unless you ripped off the front driveshaft. he tapped the front brakes and they wore out in a matter of months. probably cause they were drum brakes. Honda's wouldn't be bad if they had front lockers
